By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Privacy Policy which is applicable to all users who visit this website.

1. What we do with your information

1.1 Customers who purchase anything from this website will by default submit personal information such as the customers’ name, address and email address. Consent to the storage of this information is automatically given as part of a standard buying and selling process.

1.2  When a customer decides to subscribe to one of the products/services on this website, the above mentioned is stored alongside additional information applicable to the product/service.

1.3 Information on a customers’ IP (Internet Protocol) address s automatically stored when browsing the website and is used for analytics

1.4 Customers will not have access to personal accounts via this website, and are encouraged to contact the Infinite Recreations team via admin@infiniterecreations.co.za should the customer want to change or remove information submitted during the sign-up process.

1.5 Customers are provided with the different products/services they sign up for that contains the information submitted during the sign-up process. These products are tangible items capable of presenting personal information digitally. Should a customer lose the tangible product purchased from us, we highly encourage the customer to contact us whereby we will clear the lost/misplaced item and offer the client with a new tangible product.

1.6 Infinite Recreations takes no responsibility for how personal information is shared as a result of a customer losing/misplacing their personal SmartTag. Likewise, Infinite Recreations will not be held liable for any personal sensitive information that is accessed by 3rd parties who access the information contained on the SmartTag.

2. How your information is retained

2.1 All information provided by a customer is safely stored in the applicable database and is only accessible by the administrators of the website. This information is readily available to any customer who requests access to it. Customers who wish to delete their personal information may do so by sending an email to admin@infiniterecreations.co.za. Infinite Recreations reserves the right to store any information that may be required for administration, legal, or security purposes.

3. Who we share your data with

3.1 Infinite Recreations processes and manages customer information strictly and confidentially. We will not disclose any information to any third party except courier services and third-party payment extensions. These services are required as part of the typical buying and selling process. We comply with the POPIA act and will not share any personal information in any way other than that listed above.

3.2 By purchasing a SmartTag product/service from us, the customer agrees that information will be freely shared when the SmartTag is being used for its intended purpose.

4. Disclosure

4.1  We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Customers are reminded that the SmartTag Solutions provided by Infinite Recreations requires an internet connection to function as intended, Infinite Recreations will not be held liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result of a product or solution provided by us not working due to lack of/no internet connection. 

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

5.2 It should be noted that some third-party extensions may be based and operated outside the general jurisdiction of South Africa, and therefore some laws may change based on these changes. 

5.4 Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

6. Links and external content.

6.1 Infinite Recreations will not display paid content from other websites and external parties. If you notice anything, kindly contact us.

6.2 When making use of any link that may be present on InfiniteRecreations.co.za, such as a payment processing link the customer will be redirected and Infinite Recreations is not responsible for the Privacy Policies of any other website. We suggest the customer familiarises themselves with these external Privacy Policies.

7. Security of Personal Information

7.1 Infinite Recreations takes reasonable precautions to ensure that no information provided is lost, altered, misused, accessed, or shared in any way.

7.2  The use of the website is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure secure data transmission.

8. Age consent

8.1 By using this website, the customer confirms that he/she is at least the age of majority, or is accompanied by an individual who is of the age of majority whilst browsing the website and making purchases. Infinite Recreations will not take responsibility and will not be held liable for any losses made by an individual under the age of majority through purchases / interaction with this website.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

9.1 Infinite Recreations and its owners reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy without notice upon which the changes will be effective immediately. If changes are made, all customers who access the website will be made aware of the updating of the Privacy Policy and are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the changes made.

9.2 If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
